| Abstract |
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of the assembly members' building, and to suggest the improvements of the office environment. The assembly members' building is consisted of assembly member's offices, conference rooms, subsidiary facilities, parking place, etc.
The main results of this study are as follows;
1. In assembly member's office, staff room is most urgently need to improve on it's size, lay-out and office environment. Staff room's proper size should be 1.7 times larger than the present. And air conditioner and ventilation facility should be renovated to improve the office environment.
2. 2 conference rooms are need to planned newly in middle size(200-300 seats). And 2 public meeting rooms(about 20 seats) should be planned in each floor.
3. Subsidiary facility should be increased in it's size and diversity to support the business activities effectually.
4. Parking place area should be increased for about 1,000 cars. |
