| Abstract |
For the purposes of understanding of project scale, economical feasibility and cost management, various methods that analyze project cost have been presented from preliminary design stage. Among them, statistical cost modeling that uses the regression equations based on actual cost has been recognized as the most useful method. But statistical cost modeling is unable to response dynamically to change of time and project environment and doesn't reflect depression. Also, it is possible to distort the result to analyze a linear relationship among data, even though no correlation exists. So this study is focused on making standard design type DB, relevant cost breakdown DB, and actual construction DB for development of a new cost model especially in feasibility analysis of small-unit apartment projects. |
