| Abstract |
Apartment buildings are owned by many home owners, and the maintenance of public space of the buildings should be managed by the legal custodian. The existing facility maintenance system consists of the models that to maximize the profit of a building owner, manage the rentable space, the arrangement of building facilities and building control. There is a certain the limitation to apply the existing management system to the management of apartment building maintenance. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the requirements of a maintenance system design for apartment buildings. The results of the analysis will be used for the system development to assist activities of apartment building maintenance. |
