| Abstract |
This study is focused on how many defect occurrences in apartment housing are affected by the quality management ability of the construction company. For this, in this paper, defects raised in apartment housing are classified and the outbreak frequency of defect is calculated by construction company. According to the result of this study, the outbreak frequency of defect in excellent construction company which is on high level in quality management ability is much lower than any other construction company group in general. So, the system selecting the excellent construction company on quality management is efficient on decreasing the outbreak frequency of defect occurred in apartment housing. |
