| Abstract |
The preliminary study of this study demonstrated the significance of project management capabilities as leadership constituents of the project managers in construction projects. This study makes an analysis of project managers' business & role as a field of project management. The objective of this study is to identify strength & weakness aspects of project management capabilities in relation to project management skills in construction projects. |
