Abstract In the construction of high-rise buildings, form work is the largest single cost component of a concrete structural frame and the critical trade when it comes to setting construction speed. A shortage of skill workers and increased labour costs also increases the demand for new form work systems. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a new unit table form system that enables concrete structural frame work to be executed in safe condition, while still proving significant savings in the overall project schedule and cost. The result of being applied proposed unit table form high-rise residental building construction are as follows;
(1) The cycle times of form work system was 4 days at a typical floor of high-rise building.
(2) The labour cost of form work was reduced by 20%,
and (3) It was improved the safety of work in concrete structural frame works.
