| Abstract |
To develop an economic evaluation program for the application of IBS(Intelligent Building System) in deteriorated buildings, this study investigated the economic HVAC plant system of 3 alternatives for intelligent building, estimated energy saving cost and operation labor saving cost according to the introduction of BAS(Building Automation System), and evaluated the total cost of BAS, OA(Office Automation), TC/AV(Tele Communication/Audio Video), SI(System Integration) by IBS 4 levels through Life Cycle Costing Method. Using this program, client select an optimum IBS through the profit-and-loss account. |
