Abstract To prevent construction failures which incurred injuries and economic losses, the Korean government has adopted a responsible inspection system since January 1, 1994. But it has been investigated that the Responsible Construction Inspection Method has several problems differently from the government's initial intention. Ultimately how much is public client organization received it's operation services satisfaction of responsible inspection operation services. The ultimate object of this study is to investigate public client organization satisfaction, necessity, performance and contribution of responsible inspection operation services in public works. For this purpose, this study uses survey research.
