| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the data for the prediction of LCC(Life-Cycle Cost) to economizer of apartment building. For these purposes, present conditions and actual maintenance records of domestic ESCO Projects to apartment buildings were investigated by a questionnaire survey and secondary data analysis. The results of this study are: first, cost elements for the prediction of LCC of a ESCO project using a economizer of apartment buildings were identified and data investigation method was established. Especially maintenance costs prediction was made through the introduction of SOM(Start of Maintenance after Installation) concept. second, each cost of cost items which constitute LCC was predicted based on existing data and questionnaire survey. Especially maintenance costs were predicted as 2 categories: 1) maintenance costs before the ESCO project, 2) maintenance costs after the ESCO project. |
