| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to present improvement effects and schemes for the streetscape of 'Street of Youth' in Seo-myoun, CBD(central business district) in Busan, according as each important variation of the factors which are to have an effect on the evaluation to be selected visual perceptual ascendancy factors and a demanding for facilities to evaluate the existing streetscape. The result is to describe clearly that there are differences in each streetscape component in the effects of improvements. As a result, this study can be a valuable guideline for the future streetscape reform project to lead the demanding effect of the investment and the priority order in the plan. Therefore, the effect for improving a landscape is not only massive, but it is also able to consider systematically and multifariously in reference to the effects as following facts: 1.short-term plan, to improve the illegal signboards, 2. mid-term plan, to improve the pavement and to construct the subterranean transmission lines, 3. long-term plan, amend and complement the related law. |
