| Abstract |
Construction project needs large amount of financial investment for a long time. So, Detailed analysis is needed for that kind of project. In that analysis, technical, economical and social aspects are to be considered with time base. Those investments can be greatly influenced by time factor. In this study, two similar construction projects are chosen and the major categories which can have influence on cost of those projects are found. These categories are analysed with time base to help make decision which project is more profitable when they want. This study can show us the way how we make decision when we have several alternative projects for investment. |
