| Abstract |
Construction Productivity in Korea is a half than other countries of OECD. Many part of construction industry recognized importance of productivity level these days so that they have been introducing new delivery systems and various financing methods - CM, BOT, project financing. Yet, despite these efforts, construction productivity is not increased yet. In this study, in regard of real working project data, we can make project modeling and simulate the real construction process and refine it many times. Also, we can quantify productivity of each process. Finally, we will find most suitable model for selected construction process throu호 these simulation. |
