| Abstract |
The purpose of this research is to find out the planning methods for remodeling of dwelling unit and residential building in deteriorated apartments, and to suggest the directions of planning for the future through analyzing residents' preference and their needs. ?? For this research, First, planning types of remodeling are classified by the case study in which was used the foreign and domestic twenty eight remodeling cases, and their possibility about domestic application was certificated by examining the laws in force. Second, questionnaire-interview survey was executed to residents of five deteriorated apartments at Gangnamgu, Seoul which was selected by considering floor area ratio, residential period and so on. Third, the planning directions of remodeling for the future are suggested through analyzing residents’ preference and their needs. |
