| Abstract |
This study has focused on investigating the types of border which are divided by the zoning district in Seoul and has analyzed the process of subdividing and amalgamating a lot including several zones among the type of border, which is located between dwelling distirct and commercial district. ??As a result, a lot including several zones has been had the process of subdividing and amalgamating in order to increase the development capacity, and this process has been accepted as an legal action by rule that zoning can be dicided by the majority which is occupied with zoning area in a lot including several zones. ??We suggest how to estimate the 'floor area ratio'&'building coverage ratio'by respective zone's area ratio in the Lots Divided by Zoning-Lines. |
