Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to propose the optimum heating and cooling system of school building in pusan. In order to select economical heating and cooling system in early plan stages, the research investigates cost items and cost characteristics during project process phases such as planning/design, equipment construction, operation/management, and removal/sell phases. The study analyze the life cycle cost by sensitivity analysis of energy cost leading to propose the most economical heating and cooling system of school building in pusan. The main results are as follows; ??(1) During the LCC analysis of EHP and GHP, the project phases divided into planning/design, equipment construction, operation/management, and removal/sell phases, and established cost items of each phases. ??(2) In the LCC15 analysis of EHP and GHP, the order of the rates in each phases shows equipment construction, operation/management, removal/sell, and planning/design phases. ??(3) The result of sensitivity analysis of energy cost base LCC15 of EHP and GHP shows that the GHP is advantage of heating and cooling system of school building in pusan. |
