| Abstract |
This study attempted to address certain elements that are measurable in order to forecast the growth of demand for apartments on Cheonan area. A good forecasting method needs to include both regional condition and historical trend-based data. Accordingly, this study was conducted to analyse elements of demands for apartments and develop the model of forecasting demands for apartments by using them. The main conclusions drawn from the analysis of elements related with demands for apartment on Cheonan area are that the expectation of apartment supplies can be estimated from the model of forecasting demands for apartments. |
