Abstract |
The purpose of this research is to present an optimal construction planning system for the frame work of reinforced concrete apartment building by the improved method for construction duration and cost.??The computerized system to estimate the construction duration and the cost by size of structure, required resources, working unit, and etc. was also developed for user interface.??This system is supposed to be used at the management phase as well as at the planning phase of construction project. ??This research suggest a computerized system in order to construct and to utilize the influencing factors as a database in the process of calculation of the proper duration and the minimum cost for the frame work of reinforced concrete wall-slab type apartment building. The proposed system is considered to be feasible in providing the optimized construction planning system by the proper block-grouping of apartment building. ??This system is considered to be reasonable in providing scientific construction planning techniques for the frame of reinforced concrete apartment which enables rapid review of the relationship between the construction duration and the min. construction cost. |
