| Abstract |
The paper describes setting process for selection of preferential building component, which derived from a survey of VE application to apartments. The method is based on the concept that VE factors consist of cost, time and quality to evaluate the performance of building component. A set of independent VE elements includes the shape parameters, construction methods, material variation and development of design requirements for an effective VE application. The evaluation system undertakes the first step by formulation of independent elements related with VE criteria into selection method. The second step of verifying the evaluation system is done by matching project sample with the selection method of preferential building component on the analysis of VE application. |
