Abstract In order to rebuild and restore you need to do both historical and theoretical research.??If there is not enough research, it is easy to misinterpret and even destroy the cultural and historical value.?? Without the research it would be possible for one to create something that did not even exist in history.??The term rebuilding should not be confused with restoration.??Rebuilding not only requires historical research but appropriate shapes and materials.??Rebuilding does not mean the reproduction of the building, as it was in the past. In this research I will describe the theory of Rebuilt and given an explain the rebuilt process of the historical area in Muenster City. I will also describe how a balance will be achieved between the buildings destroyed in the past and their reconstruction in the present. Muenster city is an example of a place where the buildings have been rebuilt to demonstrate architecture of both past, present and future. Muenster city keeps a basic formality in their design, while trying to reveal an old image in the downtown market area. Every building retains the original floorplan, not having been destroyed during world war II. The Facade is simplified on the base of old one, the basic form respects user's economic requirement. The construction reflects the design of the past, while satisfying the needs of the user today. According to the principle concept, every building in the downtown area was rebuilts as a part of the whole city in Muenster.
