Abstract This paper presents the evaluation method of the impact resistance of the materials used for framed walls and floors from a viewpoint of human impact loads. The conclusions of this study are as follows ; 1)The human impact loads given to walls and floors were analyzed through the experiment. And, it studied that load objects specified to the standard test methods completely differed from a human body. 2)The simulators for impact tests which can reproduce the human impact loads based on the results of analysis were developed, and the evaluation method of impact resistance of the materials used for framed walls and floors using the simulators were proposed. 3) The practicality of this study was verified through the impact test to five kinds of framed walls, and the judgment method of fracture of the materials used for framed walls and floors was simplified more.
