| Abstract |
Nowadays construction companies are willing to set up an information system in their own work process. To build an effective and efficient information system, companies need to figure out which work processes in the construction management process are more suitable for the various functions of the system. And companies also need to know how to apply their information system to each of the work process of the company. So the company must analyze the work process systematically before planning for the application of information system.
We can derive the indices by analyzing not only the work process and the information but also the relationship between each other. The indices can be used as a reference when a certain company is planning to build an information system in their workplace. Information technology can provide various values (such as automational value, informational value, and transformational value) to a company, which has an application of information systems. And the indices indicate each value of automation, information, transformation of information system when the company is applying information system to their management work process. |
