| Abstract |
This research tries to understand the construction industry circumstance which area is the most suitable area with comparative method by districts and offer to reference data for decision-making of construction industry environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the order scale and receiving orders scale through factors like the surrounding order and the surrounding acceptance of an order, population and urban planning, etc. The results are as follow : 1) Gyeonggido would be estimated in the best area becacuse it has most suitable environment in orders scale. Also, Chungchungnamdo reveals equivalent order situation. 2) In the scale of receiving orders, Chungchungnamdo and Jeollanamdo bring out good areas. This result means that Chungchungnamdo and Jeollanamdo hold priority in the competitive power of construction industry. 3) In the result of the rate of(the amount of orders received/construction Market size) by intergrated analysis, Seoul and Gyeonggido separately rank first and second place. And Cheju island occupy the lowest position. |
