Abstract |
The framed wall system which is presented in this study is composed of the steel stud members using the carbon steel square and is reinforced by the horizontal members called runners. So, this system has more sufficient strength and axial load capacity than the general steel house wall system. Besides, this system gives us the improved effects of the adiabatic and sound insulation by filling up the autoclaved lightweight concrete. Accordingly, this study evaluates the axial load capacity of unit wall of the system through the experimental study according to the several experimental variables on the structural performance of the framed wall system using carbon steel square and provides the practical application performance of this framed wall system. |
