Abstract The purpose of this study examined about pre-curing period for frost damage prevention at early age of cold weather concrete. For this, we analyzed temperature hysteresis and compressive strength by test piece size in curing condition of below zero. Also, we analyzed temperature hysteresis by test piece size using hydration heat analysis program. And, it is compared mutually with mock up test result executed according to various curing condition. As a result, use hydration heat analysis program and forecasts the temperature hysteresis of normal as well as AFR (Accelerators for Freezing Resistance) concrete, it is estimated that quality control to secure established compressive strength is available.
