Since the construction industry is traditionally operated through competition. It has been important to measure enterprise's status. Consequently Performance measurement is a tool for benchmarking best practice of an enterprise and??a group on the construction projects. The objective of this study is to investigate various performance measurement tools in overseas construction projects. The study also suggests key skills and Best Practice in performance measurement. |
