| Abstract |
this is to analyze aspect that residing environment becomes weak rapidly through change process, respective characteristics, and relation with each other of considered residential area and naturally formated neighborhood residential area. through analysis to changing aspect of residing environment, the results are as follows. first, differences of physical organization are basic elements that conclude the quality of residential environment, but they becomes advantageous terms of constructions. second, in analysis of site, constructions in intentionally formatted residential area take precedence at site of falling behind, but it has constructed at good conditions of site preferentially. third, the road and compositions of block-units show important difference between each area, but these differences are not important in the solving process about problems of car increasement and insurance of parking space. forth, it was positively constructed to corporate dwelling house system late in the 1970' from a household dwelling individual house in the 1960' in each area. Through analysis about residing transfiguration aspect,it needs a new alternative for development of??residential area. |
