Abstract Construction project management is a complex process affected by numerous entities in which they interact with one another. Most construction companies lack the framework and the application cases of interaction phenomenon during the delivery process of construction project management, and such conditions seriously affect their efficiency and productivity. In order to address the opportunities available to companies through the lucrative inclusion of construction project management concepts, the author suggests a model to identify the interaction phenomenon in construction project management and develops a methodology to apply the model in construction project management. The benefit of the model and the methodology suggested in this research can be said that it provides the construction industry a framework for the discussion of elevating construction project efficiency and productivity through the means of systematic construction project management. The model and methodology can be used to analyze the construction project management pattern and identify the pivotal entities that is to be monitored, analyzed, and forecasting in the business environment.
