Abstract The objective of this study is 1)to propose a communication model of process planning and to develop communication tools with proposal model in consideration of their key points, 3)and to apply them on the sample site and analyze their results as well as effects. The decision-making process for a high-rise building construction does not have a fixed and regular form, which the general industry has in decision-making. In other words, it has some limitation to complete a decision-making. In particular, there is not enough area to load, store and move materials under construction in the downtown area. We must recognize that there is some limitation to manage procurement for this project, especially a lift-up, even if we had the experience in the previous similar project. After bring those materials in the site,??it is very much important to communicate among relevant parties with the proper information. Also it is important how well materials flows with the effective communication. Therefore, this study is to analyze problems of materials' flow and suggest a lifting-up management system with communication tools as a function part and a reliable security plan through stocktaking.
