| Abstract |
This study was purposed of finding housing characteristics preferred by the Elderly in Daejeon City. By housing expenses and an administrative district, the elderly over 65 were interviewed by well-trained investigators and 583 cases were analyzed through SPSS PC 10.0. The results of this study were as follows ; they wanted to live with their spouse if he or she was alive and to live their eldest son's family if not. The 30s pyung as living space , ￦100,000,000∼￦150,000,000((a datum point: 2002.11) as housing price, the surburbs as living place and a eminent hospital facilities in near of housing were preferred. So far the elderly in Daejeon City, So the house was recommended which was in 30s pyung, near a well-equipped hospital and??in the suburb for the elderly in Daejeon City. |
