Abstract |
The purpose of this study was analyzing the entrance of mixed-use building. First of all, the factors of entrance were defined as three parts; the composition of size and types of doors, the size and types of space connecting inside and outside, visibility and accessibility. Secondly, the relationships of above factors were studied to analyze the entrances of??the Central City, that is the representative mixed-use building in Korea. Thirdly, the relationship between factors and entrances hierarchies was studied.?? As the result of this study, the size and reflectional visibility of door highly related with hierarchies of entrance. Functions of the spaces could be predicted by hierarchies and compositions of entrances, however, there was an exception that was in the underground space. |
