| Abstract |
Construction supervision system was introduced in the domestic construction industry in 1962. At this time construction supervision system has been carried out by architects. And it has not been separated the public sector and the private one. Especially, government has putted in operation the supervision systems of housing for the improvement of quality and the prevention of fraudulent work in apartment construction projects in 1994. However, there are many problems of the supervision systems of housing in the view point of the practical operation ; the problems of supervision scope, supervisor assignment, supervision work in the housing construction projects. Therefore, this paper suggested the improved plan of the housing supervision system ; the suggestion for the supervisor assignment institution, the detail services of supervision of the housing construction and the suggestion of the improvement for the exceptional construction works in the supervision services. |
