| Abstract |
In this study, Remodeling period for durability of finished materials and equipped materials in apartment building were studied. ??First, To help comprehension of remodeling period by durability, Japan's house production system 『CHS (Century Housing System)』and Paul Lukez theoretical studying do. ??Second, Did comparative analysis of durability by 3 case-study. Durability of the finished and equipped materials were analyzed as dissimilar to the durability standard to one another. Therefore, at Remodeling period, need following standard. ??-To introduce life period of finished materials and equipped materials indicating system. ??-Introduction of the Making system for finished materials and equipped material's durability period. ??Focusing with these solutions of obstacles, housing component activating plans are suggested, and the specific activating plans are suggested as approaching methods of 2 steps referred to solution of domestic problems and the developed countries` housing components developing process. |
