| Abstract |
This paper aimed at providing the method to evaluate the building with the building environmental efficiency and applying it to multifamily housing. The results are summarized as follows : First, the ratio of the environmental impact to building input cost could be explained with the numerical value of building environment efficiency and divided into 3 types. Second, input/output analysis is effectively utilized to estimate the environmental affect because various works of building could be simultaneously analyzed. Third, wall typed building has not dominant over the steel building in aspect of energy consumption, CO2 and SOx emission. But it is found that BEE of wall typed building is superior to steel building in aspect of energy, CO2 and SOx. |
