Abstract The outer wall system of an existing refrigerated warehouse is generally used to insulate the inner and outer section of a concrete wall. However, there is much energy loss caused by the thermal bridge of slabs To overcome this problem, PC insulation envelope system(dry method) is used in this paper. The PC envelope system has a minimum of 100mm of insulating matiarial. The direct connecting method with existing plastic bolts has an effect on exessive bending and shear stress in relation to the bolt. But, the insulating plastic bolt in relation to structural integrity is not to be investigated at this time. There can be many constructing errors when utillizing anchor bolts. Accordingly,??this research proposes that a fastner system using angles made of steel, utilizing insulating pads and washers connected to the general structural bolt, will resolve this structural and constructural problem. ??The results of heat transfer and mockup tests, to verificate the fastner system,??indicate that system using on MC washer, when acting on shear force, is shown to be effective for structural stability due to small rigidity variations and deformation, as well as thermal efficiency.
