| Abstract |
The purposes of this study are to analyze major cost factors and to suggest profit improvement scheme for redevelopment?reconstruction projects. The methods of this study includes cases studies and questionnaire survey for redevelopment?reconstruction projects of the `D' construction company. The results of this study are as follows; 1) in the redevelopment?reconstruction projects, critical cost management items are analyzed to be head office expense, internal bank interest rate, hiring cost of heavy equipments, and so on. 2) the major risk factors are analyzed to be unsold houses and uncollected amount, and 3) suggested profit improvement scheme includes to reduce headquarter's operating expense and interest rate. |
