| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to plan alternatives for studio type multiplex design for improving the residential environment. To accomplish this purpose, method and process of this study are as follow : First, sampling of case : 74 drawings of studio type multiplex around the K-university are sampled by field survey. Secondly, the problem-seeking : By analyzing the drawings, problems of residential environment are conceived. Thirdly, the problem-solving : through the analysis of 74 drawings, the alternatives of problem-solving are derived out. Fourth, synthesis of alternatives : the confirming process which each alternatives are applicable to the real design. Finally, designing??: considering the site and street condition, three designs i.e. hall-type, side aisle type and middle aisle type, have been developed. For the process of design, it is derived out several valuable results as follows middle entrance of the building, facing the long side of studio outward, sharing the short side of studio with near studio, cluster type plan, providing enough the built in storage space are very useful and have many effect in improving the residential environment of studio type multiplex. |
