| Abstract |
The Purpose of this study is to suggest new vision and subject about urban squatter area considering the change of development condition. For this we For this, we proceeded a analysis about the main examples which reached to high level by development and improvement in Japan. The result of this study is as follows : first, It was discovery of a possibility which could be realized to results of high quality, although conditions were very poor. second, They were applying to solution of Local subject through the invention of new improvement process. third, They were suggesting a new principle and methods for Local improvement under principle of a stability, strategy, flexible, cooperation, connection. the last, above all, the most important thing was the leading role of the public through the project. |
