Abstract |
This research was conducted for the purpose of grasping present condition and special quality of cultural facilities where corporations participate strategically for space security and activation in overcrowded city. Also it aimed at suggesting inducement method by plan on the basis of public interests index establishment and analysis. This discussion will help corporations get improved image and the way to participate in urban space. This research shows that corporation participation ratio is high, especially in cases of art museums, they are gradually ready for achieving role as center of area culture by activating operation program for public. AHP Technique used in this study considers both quantitative and qualitative factors on the basis of decision-maker's intuitive, reasonable or unreasonable judgment by giving weight through mutual comparison of publicity factors In result, both specialists and persons engaging in design part recognized importance in order of 'Amenity ', 'Convenience', 'Accessibility', 'Discernment''.
