Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between housing properties and the residents' health in super high-rise apartment. For the analysis of residents' health, Todai index which was invented for self-reported health measurement was used. The sample size was 595 households in S Newtown. The results of this study were as follows; The story of housing block was not related with the residents' health, which was different from the researches reported from abroad. Which was same in both of the general health condition and the Todai index score. In contrast with this, interior humidity of winter was deeply related with the health condition of residents, however, it had no difference according to the story of housing block in the level of statistical significance. The level of interior humidity of winter has relation with both of the general health condition and the Todai health index score. Opposed to this, the temperature of winter had weak relation with the mental health only. From the result, it was figured out that it is necessary to find out the architectural factors influencing the level of humidity and temperature of winter for improving the residents' health.
