| Abstract |
Master Architect and the main body minimize the rules, and give block architects free choices to make unrestricted works, and discuss with the block architects to fulfill successful process.??It should be remembered that Master Architect and the main body should not have too many powers which bring about any side effects to the project.?? Master Architect can be used to create residential planning by controlling a whole planning and design from the designing stage. Conventional methods could not have flexible team works or cooperation with block architects. But Master Architect is very positive in the point of complementary cooperation.??There are two methods in Master Architect, choosing one Master Architect and a team.??Both two methods should be used to create their own characteristics.??The cooperation among the teams in the design is an essential factor because it leads to less mistakes in the projects. |
