| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analgize the elements of elderly health care facilities and classify the type of facilities using AMOS. The result of this study was to reveal characteristics through the investigation and accuracy of facility's estimation for health facility by which classified four types. Japanese elderly health care facilities are classified by long-term stay(type1, 2) and short-term stay(type3, 4), existing types(type 1, 3) and recent types(type 2, 4) Type1 is long-term stay, type2 is dementia related units, type3 is rotating units and type4 is short-term stay facilities. A long-term stay facility examined by AMOS shows the characteristics of long term stay itself as expected, and type 3 appears the characteristics of rotating stay.
