Abstract |
This paper is an attempt to identify an appropriate process model for a feasibility study of an apartment project. It is intended to proffer a framework of analysis which provide the points of a feasibility for development work of the apartment project. The subject of building process modelling became demonstrably with ICAM(Integrated Computer Aided Manufacturing) developed at the USA Air Force in 1980 for analyzing the production system and design. The model provides only a formal representation of how a feasibility study might be structured. The feasibility study is conceptualized in terms of problem boundary, variables and the relationships between variables. Using the descriptive process modelling proposed, it is possible to review the feasibility of limited relevance to the apartment project. The process modelling reviewed in this paper has proven a framework in which we classify justification for a feasibility of the apartment project. |
