| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the classification of architectural forms in cognition process. A artificial similarity model was used to clarify that the classification of architectural forms occurs more by which of the two - similarity and concept. The experiment which compares the response of human with artificial similarity model shows that human and artificial model are together affected in response by forms' typicality. The result of this study is as follows; the classification of architectural forms in cognition process is dependent more on the similarity of forms than the concepts created by similarity. |
