| Abstract |
In order to ensure the competitive power and the stable growth of an enterprise, it is essential to improve productivity. However, the study on the productivity in construction section is insufficient until now. To promote efficiency of productivity improvement in apartment building construction, in the first place, the study must be concentrated on the more effective factors. The point of this study, as a part of basic efforts for construction productivity improvement, is to provide breakdown structure of the factors and primary factors increasing construction productivity. Also, this study includes the easiness and the effect of application on the primary factors increasing productivity in apartment building construction, and practical program of on-site managers. |
