| Abstract |
Currently, to construct of the lower-wall has be installed with meshes and wood frames to support euro form in the apartment house construction. But this construction method instigated a falling-off in quality that caused to flow out water from the concrete and a by-product that generated when the forms was taken off the cared concrete. This is the causes that the delicacy of the construction is reduced and the environment of the construction is polluted. Thus this study has aim that is to improve form for supplement about this problems.
First, to work this problem, specialist team - construction manager, professor, worker and product manager - is organized, and then the improvement form is developed by the VE process.
Second, the proposed improvement system is shaped 'ㅏ' style design with composed of horizontal steel member and vertical plastic member.
Third, the improvement system is applied in the field and then it is got the results that have improved the level delicacy on the reduction cost and an improvement quality.
Finally, we obtain a patent - No : 10-2004-0001906 - by this system for improvement of quality and cost saving. |
