| Abstract |
Recently ,as the remodeling became populated, the various problems of Rahmen structure applying wet joint method have been revealed like causing harmful effects for the variety of remodeling and delaying the completion of construction by making it difficult.?? To solve these problems, the prefabricated building method is very effective because the pre- manufactured building components is simply assembled to making up buildings in the construction fields. Consequently, prefabricated buildings is for cost-down, the reduction of construction duration, the stabilizing construction quality by decreasing manhour of construction site.??Moreover, it has technical values to improve additional values for buildings by approving maintenance and remodeling easiness.??This study proposes the fundamental data for making Patent Map to predict and envision the further development of domestic prefabricated buildings by the inducement of the current patent situation and its problems. |
