| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to provide the improvement plans and the future development guidelines of the apartment housing remodeling by analyzing the current situation and problems related to apartment housing remodeling and systematic improvement plans with specialists' interview surveys. As a result of the specialists' interview surveys on the plans to improve the apartment housing remodeling, there are as follows; (1) the construction regulations relaxation, the specific standards establishment through remodeling cases and the government support (2) the acquisition & registration tax reduction, the long-term loan relaxation of the national housing funds and the housing mortgage loan rate relaxation (3) the organization of the maintenance & administration system and the actualization of long-term repairing plans (4) the open building pursuit, various remodeling type development, remodeling related elements and parts development (5) the education, the marketing and the establishment of standard rules and standard construction cost for improvement plans concerning with the associations |
