| Abstract |
Most of construction companies have corporate visions and strategies. Even though they make continuous efforts, it is not easy to achieve them. So, PMS(Performance Measurement System) is needed to monitor their achievements and compare them with those of competitors. However, most of construction companies don't have adequate PMS. Therefore, this paper identifies the existing PMSs through literature survey, and categorizes them into the groups according to similarity. Then, alternatives of PMS to apply to the construction companies are prepared based on the ground, and evaluated by analytical and empirical method to select the best fit for the construction companies. As a result, PMS based BSC(Balanced Scordcard) in recommended for the construction companies. |
