| Abstract |
The objectives of this study lie in figuring out the practical calculation method, which is suitable for the private construction companies, for the reinforced concrete wall-type apartments. During this research, we came to the following conclusion; (1) Total construction period (Dt) of reinforced concrete wall-type apartments is calculated by the summation of working days (Dw) and non-working days (Dn). (2) The progress of construction for apartments consists of 7 stages from mobilization to demobilization. Total working days can be calculated by the summation of each working days for the 7 standard-stages. The working days of each standard-stage can be calculated by the multiplication of basic working days and correction-coefficient. (3) Non-working days during construction period is caused by the climate factors and holidays. The non-working??days of each factor can be calculated by the multiplication of basic non-working days and correction-coefficient. (4) The actual construction periods of 10 sample projects which were constructed by D construction company by the construction periods which are estimated by the method established by this study. |
