| Abstract |
In the recent years, architectural design of apartments is getting focused on its qualitative aspects. Facade design of apartments is considered as the most effective aspect among qualitative aspects for improving appearance of apartments and differentiating between apartments.
Therefore, this study aims at ordering the priority of design factors related to facade design of apartments in order to provide useful information when architects deal with apartments facade design.
Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) are used to analyze design factors obtained from groups of architectural experts who have worked in apartments design. The priority order of design factors is obtained resulting from these analyses. |
